The Annual Meeting of the KRHOA will take place on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. in the Azalea Room at the Baptist Medical Park, 9400 University Parkway. It is important that a quorum of households be represented in order to hold the meeting. If a quorum is not present, another meeting must be scheduled. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please fill in all the fields in the proxy form and submit it, It will be received by one of the officers on the board. If you are not comfortable sending the proxy via email, please click on the printable proxy form link to print a form, fill it out and sign, then mail to KRHOA, PO BOX 247, Gonzalez FL  32560. You may also drop off the form at the home of Janet Linn, 400 Buxton Way.

The undersigned, owner of the lot(s) described below and a member of the Kings Road Homeowners Association, Inc., hereby names, constitutes, and appoints the president of the Kings Road Homeowners Association, Inc., as the proxy for the undersigned to vote and act for the undersigned at the 2010 Annual Meeting of the Kings Road Homeowners Association, Inc.
