Comment: Just a note to beware of door to door salesman offering to clean a room of carpet for free-they are KIRBY vaccum cleaner salesmen and if you look on the internet you will see they are a big scam. I let them clean my carpet, but did not but the Kirby product. Just beware of them, they ride in a unmarked white van, and were in kings road 1/20/2009

Comment: just a note to beware of the door to door salesmen who were in our Kings Road community 1/20/2009 offering free carpet cleaning demonstration for free in order to win points for a free trip..They are actually trying to sell a $2000 Kirby Vaccum cleaner. They were picked up in a unmarked white van and did not seen trustworthy. I looked on the internet and found alot of bad reviews of the Kirby sales ethics(they prey on the elderly) The local distributor was Nelson and Associates of pensacola. Please turn them away at your door. You may want to print his in your next newsletter as a consumer alert. Tara Carollo PS: I have filed a complaint to the BBB also.

Comment: Just want to make everyone aware that the other night someone went through our cars. We didnt have them locked and nothing of value except some change was taken. However; it could have been much worse...LOCK UP YOUR CARS!
