For your convienence we have printable forms on our website for Building/Home Improvement - Request for Approval Form. Also there is a printable proxy form if you can not make it to the next Homeowners meeting and if you prefer there is an email form as well. If you print up the Building/Home Improvement form it will need to be submitted to someone on the Architectural Committee for approval so please see the Board Directory page on this website so that you can get it to the proper person.
